Martin brings over 14 years of experience in education with a background as a school leader in public, charter, and private school settings serving grades PK3- 12, with a specialty for supporting students with emotional and behavioral disabilities.
LaRon currently serves served as a Principal, where he was responsible for the academic and social-emotional growth for students with severed emotional disabilities. Currently, Martin serves as an Special Education Instructional Specialist for Prince George’s County Public Schools, where he manages a portfolio of ten schools supporting special education instruction, processes and implementation. His career includes experience as a classroom teacher, child find specialist, an instructional coach, assistant principal, school turnaround special education coordinator, as well as district office administrator. LaRon consults and coaches teachers and leaders in education improve, restore, and build cultures with students, families, and staff.
